We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our owners in managing daily operations and enhancing productivity. Also help with HR related tasks. This role is essential in ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and that our work environment remains organized and productive.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, including coordinating appointments and meetings using Outlook Calendar.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and managing communications with professionalism.
- Assist in event planning, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination of activities.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Transcribe meeting notes and other documents as needed, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness before distribution or filing.
- Maintain organized files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling calls and messages on behalf of the team.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and basic book keeping.
Requirements
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes.
- Experience in event planning or coordination is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to transcribe notes accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with proofreading techniques to ensure high-quality documentation.
