Overview
We need an experienced manager in the food industry who can support necessary functions of managing day to day operations in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant. Only apply if you have night-time availability through the week (Weekend availability a plus!), and experience in managing people and operations. $18.00/hr Pay is taking into account a base pay of $15.00/hr plus a guaranteed $3.00 minimum per hour tip rate. If tip rate per hour ever falls below $3.00, the difference will be added to base pay for those hours.

Duties

- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in culinary techniques and customer interaction.
- Supervise staff performance, conducting regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service management or as an Assistant Manager with a focus on culinary operations.
