Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive nursing education in both classroom and clinical settings.
- Teach core nursing subjects such as Anatomy & Physiology (A&P), Basic Nursing Skills (BNS), Advanced Nursing Skills (ANS), Pharmacology, Nutrition, and Gerontology.
- Instruct students in specialized areas like Medical-Surgical Nursing, Maternal Health (Ob/Gyn), Professional Values and Roles (PVR), and Clinical Instruction.
- Develop and update course materials to ensure alignment with current healthcare standards.
- Mentor and guide students in clinical practices to foster skill development and professional growth.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure student success.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to maintain a high-quality learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 year of teaching experience in nursing education, OR
- 2 years of recent direct patient care experience.
- Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

- Evidence-Based Practice in Nursing
