Client Relations Specialist - Roofing

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to manage customer communications and provide outstanding support from our Seminole office. This role requires experience in customer service within the home improvement or construction industry, with strong preference given to candidates with roofing-specific experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact, managing incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide detailed project updates and coordinate appointments effectively between homeowners and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with sales and production departments to ensure seamless project progression.
• Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and facilitate excellent customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, project details, and scheduling.
• Continuously contribute to enhancing customer experience through proactive communication and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven customer service experience in home improvement or construction is required; roofing industry experience is highly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an energetic and positive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Acculynx) is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
