The Field Captain role combines leadership with hands-on involvement in fundraising events. As a Field Captain, you will be responsible for managing a team of Field Representatives at local events, ensuring that fundraising goals are met and that team members are motivated and well-prepared. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Field Representatives during fundraising events
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Train, mentor, and motivate your team to reach their full potential and achieve fundraising targets.
Act as the main point of contact between PF and nonprofit clients, ensuring their goals are met.
Engage directly with event attendees, building relationships and securing donations.
Provide coaching and support to team members on effective communication and donor engagement.
Track and report on team performance, including donation totals and key insights from events.
Collaborate with management to develop and refine fundraising strategies.
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,099.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
