Description:
The Technical Service Trainer is responsible for technical work in office, service agents and restaurants. They work on and installs/uninstalls equipment as needed in the field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Works with Engineering and Sales department closely to ensure that trainings for new equipment and sales are up to date.
- Maintain service network contacts.
- Travel domestically and internationally frequently for trainings as required. Estimated travel requirement is 75-80% of the time annually.
Train technical aspects of our equipment to:
- Service Agents
- Technical Service department
- Dealers / Reps
- End User Maintenance Teams
Create Training Aids
- In Person Trainings
- Online Trainings
- Wire Diagrams
- Parts Lists
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general equivalency degree required. Associates degree is preferred.
- Strong technical background with commercial cooking equipment required.
- Must possess or be qualified to obtain international passport.
- Must have working knowledge of using basic tools, multimeter, manometers.
- Must have the ability to read and explain wire diagrams.
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Gas license is a plus.
