We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of Finance to join our team in Bow, NH. In this critical role, you will be a financial and strategic advisor to the Divisional President, playing a key role in the company's strategic planning, goal-setting, and vision development. This position serves as a strategic partner to the Senior Leadership Team, providing insights and guidance to support Pitco's growth and success on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the President to shape and implement Pitco's strategic vision and operational objectives. Serve as a trusted financial and strategic advisor, ensuring alignment between financial performance and business goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, contributing financial insights to decision-making processes and supporting organizational growth.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, fostering a collaborative environment and guiding the Finance team to success.
- Lead efforts to plan and optimize the organization’s financial performance, including overseeing accounting operations and maintaining robust internal controls.
- Drive the implementation of a new ERP system to enhance productivity and support the company's evolving needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, adhering to legal requirements and GAAP standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, making data-driven adjustments to improve financial outcomes.
- Oversee accounting and control processes, manage the information systems department, and collaborate with HR to develop compensation and benefits packages aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; an MBA is preferred. CMA or CPA certification is a plus.
- Prior manufacturing industry experience is required, with international experience considered a strong plus.
- Progressive experience, ideally up to a Controller or equivalent role, with a strong background in cost accounting and financial scalability in high-growth environments.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience in technology integration for financial functions.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strategic mindset and ability to interpret P&L and Balance Sheet metrics effectively.
- Proven exposure to commercial operations, including customer interactions, pricing reviews, and product-level economic analysis.
