Seeking a mature and responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Prior legal experience helpful but not required. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be proficient in various types of office-related computer software, and be able to work independently without supervision.
Responsibilities
- Direct communication with clients (phone, email, etc.)
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Scanning documents to client files
- Preparing final documents for execution and/or submission to clients
Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
