Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our vehicles.
- Collaborate with the finance department to assist customers in securing financing options.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with past customers to encourage repeat business.
- Participate in dealership events and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience required
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
