Duties
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair or replace faulty components using power tools and equipment.
- Work on advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) to ensure proper functionality.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to guide repair processes.
- Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed on each vehicle.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and safety standards.
Skills
- Kia Certifications/Experience is preferred
- Dealership experience preferred
- Proficient in vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various types of vehicles.
- Familiarity with ADAS technology and its applications in modern vehicles.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of powertrain systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
