This job was posted by : For more information, please see : Summary : The Data Analytics Intern is ready to grow his or her experience in data analytics by supporting efforts to gather, analyze, and summarize data as it relates to customer experiences and interactions across various channels including email, print, website, events, social media, and chat interactions, as well as helping to develop targeted markets for future outreach based on analysis results. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-energy, and collaborative team environment. These tasks are accomplished by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) : Creating and analyzing results from online surveys to measure and assess customer satisfactionSummarizing customer feedback and presenting information in a timely and relevant mannerWorking with multiple departments in using analysis tools such as Power BI to extract relevant data for departments, and communicating recommendations derived from analyzing and interpreting data and evaluating trendsPreparing, illustrating, and translating complex findings into written textCommunicating recommendations derived from analyzing and interpreting data and evaluating trendsMaking presentations and recommendations to managementProviding statistics for use in presentations and other marketing collateral, as well as organizing and updating internal and client-facing documents to ensure the information is recent and accurateCollaborating with Pitsco departmental leadership to align company objectives with departmental strategy, procedures, and customer experience / touchpoints (in-sale and post-sale)Assisting order support representatives, educational service managers, and sales representatives in determining demographic groups to target
