Overview
As the Outside Sales Manager, you will spearhead our efforts to achieve business growth targets by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop strategic plans to meet revenue goals, and lead a team of sales and customer service professionals.
Responsibilities
1) Sales Strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Utilize Pittbos’ CRM program to organize and report on sales activities.
- Work with CEO to develop sales forecasts and budgets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Complete and maintain an annual Sales report
- Work with CEO and marketing team to effectively market Pittbos products
- Assist CEO on sales of Pittbos Supplier products when opportunities arise
2) Client Relationship Management
- Oversee all prospective customer outreach and manage all sales growth efforts for Pittbos Contractor, a SaaS software for paving contractors
- Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Oversee the timely response to quotations and follow-up inquiries
- Work with the customer service team to ensure new customers are successfully onboarded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to address issues with existing products and align future product features with customer needs.
3) Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales team.
- Manage and develop the inside customer support team, focused on customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Set individual and team goals; provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within your teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, business preferred
- 10 years of outside sales or asphalt estimating experience
- 3 years of direct personnel management experience
- Willingness to travel, up to 25% of total time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
