Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Field Coordinator to join our information technology solutions team. You will serve as the face of the company, travel to plant and job trailer locations for installations, maintenance, or repairs of servers and networks. This will include working with computers, email, printers, camera equipment. For locations who have connectivity or hardware issues, you will troubleshoot via online chat, phone, or in-person to fix the problem. Our preferred candidate should have at least one year of technical experience and a customer-oriented mindset.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Install equipment and software to meet client needs
- Maintain systems to ensure they run properly
- Perform repairs, when necessary, either through online chat, phone, or in-person
- Train client staff on how to use new systems
- 75% to 80% of field travel is necessary, day or night .
