Automotive Service Appointment Scheduler

Job Duties Include:
Answering incoming calls from our clients regarding their service needs.
Learning and following service calls and e-mail scripts.
Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments.
Outbound calls.
Be enthusiastic and create excitement about our products
Present a positive and professional impression of our dealership
Other duties as assigned.
The Service department relies on our BDC coordinators to keep the CRM system organized as well as keep the management team up to date on our clients needs/wants prior to, during, and after each visit. Other job duties will be discussed upon interview to make sure applicant is the right person for the job. Training is provided.
Qualifications:
- Call center/customer service experience is a plus!
- Good communication, customer service, and computer skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude and motivated to excel in your career
- Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- The ability to multi-task, follow directions, and open to change
- A good work ethic and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
