What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive Team Lead - Maintenance Divison position at Pittsburg Tank And Tower Co Inc?
The Account Executive Team Lead will grow the company by selling profitable work centering around the services we offer, formulating sales strategies, working leads, closing sales, and supporting and developing a book of business assigned to your team while also assisting and developing other members of your team. They will proactively address clients’ needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to end.
Job Duties
Develop and maintain knowledge of the tank industry
Continually develop a book of business assigned to your team
Continually update 30/60/90 sales forecast monthly and as requested by management
Updates CRM with new account contact information
Send and follow-up on quotes to customers to close sales
Contact existing customers, follow up on leads, and prospects
Review/Dissect RFQs for Information
Handle Client Escalations and Problem-Solving
Oversee Team Performance and Pipeline Management
Lead Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Computer literate and fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of inside sales processes and negotiation tactics
- Strong customer focus, customer service and etiquette
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Multi-tasking abilities and repetitive task management
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Work Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
