Blaster/Painter Field Foreman - Field Maintenance Division

Job Summary : The Field Foreman will be responsible for the safety of the crew and carrying out the activities to finish the job and maintain professional contact with the Project Managers, Customer and other personnel involved. Job Duties : Safety, Development, Completion of work, and Quality of work with the crewAccurately complete travel and expense reports and timesheets daily / weeklyOrganize, track and maintain all customer and company assetsMust be comfortable working at heightsComprehensive knowledge of potable tanksAble to travel out of statePerform all daily site safety analysis meetings, PPE and safety / equipment inspectionsProper use of all safety equipment and adherence to all safety procedures with the crewAdherence to OSHA / customer and industry standards and qualityPerform all work efficiently and effectively while observing safety and quality requirementsMaintain safety records / certifications as requiredProfessional customer and co-worker interactionPerform other duties as requestedValid Drivers LicenseThe above list of duties is not to be construed as an exhaustive list. Qualifications : Knowledge of steel structures Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines Ability to communicate and report effectively Aptitude in math Problem solving abilities Good physical condition and stamina High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade FLSA Classification : Exempt Work Hours : 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
