We are seeking a self-motivated and accountable Install Helper who is engaged in personal growth to join our team. As an Install Helper, you will be the face of our brand, and the customer experience will depend on you. You will aim to offer superior service and build strong relationships with our customers while learning from our skilled Install Leads and assisting in completing repairs and installations. No experience necessary, willing to train the right person!
Responsibilities:
- Assist our Lead Installer with daily HVAC and Generator installations, including heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and generators.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC and Generator equipment when needed.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols.

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Able to lift 50 lbs continually
- Have basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
