What are the responsibilities and job description for the Box Office Representative/Part-Time Ticketseller position at Pittsburgh Cultural Trust?
The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust is seeking part-time box office representatives to process ticket sales, exchanges, subscriptions, and donations in person and by telephone at the Theater Square Box Office location. These individuals should demonstrate excellent customer service skills as they interact with Cultural District patrons, members, and donors. Box Office Representatives will be required to maintain knowledge of performances throughout the Cultural District.
Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team. This position requires exceptional customer service orientation, the ability to focus in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with computers and customer databases. Cash handling experience is a plus. Applicants must be able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. This is a part-time, union position with a starting wage of $17.59/hour.
