Job Title: Dock Worker

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dock Worker to join our team. As a Dock Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. You will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse management, heavy equipment operation, and shipping/receiving processes.

Duties:
- Safely load and unload shipments using heavy lifting techniques
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and reach trucks to move materials within the distribution center
- Assist with equipment repair and maintenance as needed
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity in the dock area

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in warehouse management or a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in heavy equipment operation, including forklifts, clamp trucks, and reach trucks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes within a distribution center setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with equipment repair
- Certification in forklift operation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
