Description:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Golf Shop Attendant to assist with sales, inventory, and customer service in our golf shop. This role involves providing expert product knowledge, maintaining shop organization, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests, provide guidance and product recommendations, and stay updated on merchandise, promotions, and events.
- Operate the POS system and process transactions.
- Book tee time reservations, answer phones and assist with member event sign up.
- Assist with visually merchandising and displaying new inventory
- Assist with monthly inventory, restocking product, and organize displays.
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- This position will report to the Golf Shop Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or retail experience, preferably in golf or sports.
- Knowledge of golf brands/equipment and terminology is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
