We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales / Office Representative to join our dynamic team at Pittsburgh Moving PGH LLC. We are a small, family-owned and operated moving company with a close-knit office staff, where teamwork and a friendly atmosphere are key. This position is responsible for handling sales inquiries, coordinating moving services, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to drive sales while managing office operations efficiently. This is a hybrid position, meaning some tasks may require you to be in person at our office while others can be completed remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a full-time position, but hours may be reduced to part-time during slower seasons.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - Saturday
Off - Sundays and Wednesdays
9AM - 5PM
Flexibility: Some weekend or evening hours may be required based on business needs.
Qualifications:
45k - 55k per year commission

- Assist in coordinating moving schedules with operations and dispatch teams.
- Process contracts, invoices, and payments.
- Address customer concerns and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
- Support office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and promotions.

- Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
