PNGC is a semi-private facility located in the North Hills of Greater Pittsburgh situated on 189 acres of rolling terrain. Opened in 1994 the Ron Forse designed course is considered to be one of the best layouts in Western Pennsylvania.
PNGC various facilities include Banquet Facilities, Harry's Bar and Grill, Men's and Ladies Locker Rooms, Newly Renovated Driving and Practice Facility.
The Position:
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the HB/RS shall have the authority for implementing food and beverage operations in accordance with policies and plans articulated by upper management.
The HB/RS will have a proven track record with strong financial management skills and the ability to interact with and lead staff with a clearly focused vision. The individual should be willing to recommend and implement appropriate changes, as approved by upper management and be skilled in managing to a successful conclusion.
The HB/RS will be responsible for the following:
1. Overall responsibility and accountability for the restaurant & bar area.
2. Creating a great club experience for members and guests alike.
3. Uphold the standard operating procedures that will ensure that all policies established by upper management are carried out.
4. Recommending appropriate policies where appropriate.
5. Offering new ideas while assisting upper management in planning and implementing outstanding club special events.
6. Proficient in computer skills (word, excel, email, etc.) with a good understanding of modern
