Job Summary
Intern will assist the Corporate Partnerships Activation team with the execution of corporate partnership agreements including (but not limited to) game-day activities, sponsor field days, client events and partnership recaps.
Responsibilities :
Game-day sponsorship activations; including display setup, promotional item distribution, pregame on-field ceremonies and photographing events / signage.
Assist with client entertainment events; including managing RSVP's / event registration table.
Assist with creating seasonal partnership recaps (compile reports, take / sort / edit photos, etc).
Under the direction of a member of the Sponsorship team, assist with the management of select partner accounts.
Assist with sponsorship field days; including planning and event setup / tear down.
Day-to-day office duties, including but not limited to mailings, data entry, sorting files, etc.
Qualifications
Required :
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
Enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university at a Junior, Senior or Graduate level.
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to lift / transport heavy items and stand / walk for extended periods of time.
Desired :
Previous experience in a sports industry (marketing or partnerships preferred).
Photography experience with DSLR or point and shoot camera.
