Primary:
- Maintain detailed subsidiary ledgers for various department expense accounts.
- Prepare and remit invoices for corporate sponsorships.
- Review documentation to ensure policy compliance.
- Assist with invoice and other data entry.
- Analyze financial variances from budget and prior year.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and transaction reviews.
- Compile necessary documentation as requested by department supervisors.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
- Candidates majoring in Accounting, Finance, or a related area.
- Must be in a degree seeking program at junior, senior, or graduate level.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
