Oil Change/Lube Technician

We are a locally owned, growing quick lube looking for lube tech candidates who are interested in advancing their automotive career!

Lube Technicians ensure that all customer vehicles are serviced properly and every customer is treated with the utmost courtesy at all times. Lube Technicians also provide exceptional customer service related to changing oil and performing minor vehicle maintenance for our customers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Adjusting Tire Pressure
• Inspecting and topping off fluids
• Retrieving and adding oil
• Draining motor oil, changing oil filter, greasing chassis fittings
• Assisting the customer in selecting oil type and other services and processing payment for services performed.
• Performing coolant exchanges and transmission drain & fill services
• Maintaining shop cleanliness

Qualifications Include:

• Quick lube or other automotive service experience
• Outgoing and positive attitude
• Motivated, energetic, and customer-focused
• Basic computer skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
• While on the job, employees must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in all weather conditions. Requires use of hands to perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning

Must have quick lube or other applicable automotive service experience.

Must have open availability (Monday thru Saturday), a good attitude, willingness to learn, and great customer service skills!

Must have reliable transportation!

Full time employee needed, potential 4 day work week.

$14 - $18 per hour or more commiserate upon experience and skill base.
