Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Greet and assess customer needs when properly writing the sales ticket
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products during customer interactions.
- Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols and best practices.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
- Must be available to work Saturdays
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on sales techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications related to customer service operations.
- A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers are essential traits for success in this role.
