Overview:
We are looking for someone passionate about delivering unmatched client service, delivering smart and strategic solutions to our clients, and independently thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll serve as the main client point of contact and agency quarterback for our clients in the pharmaceutical space, liaison between internal team members, partner with our PM team on budgets and schedules, and collaborate with and support senior management.
We have a robust client base in Boston and this role would require onsite attendance at our clients’ offices regularly as well as additional client travel when necessary. We are looking for an individual who can connect the dots, think outside the box, and help organically grow our business.
**Candidates must live in the Chicago or Boston area to be considered for this role.**
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 7 years of agency experience in an account/client service role at an advertising agency (pharmaceutical agency experience is required)
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Proactively identify organic growth opportunities with existing clients
- Experience with partnering with clients to develop strategic documents and communications plans
- Well-versed in multi-channel digital marketing and campaigns
- Deep understanding of analytics and data and providing strategic recommendations for campaign optimization
- Strategic thinker who’s not afraid to share ideas
- Deep understanding of their clients’ business
- Serve as a vital link between client and agency to ensure client satisfaction
- Plan and execute client activities independently in an efficient and high-quality manner
- Can manage many moving parts/client deliverables and can effectively prioritize
- Keep client deliverables on track and ensure deadlines are met by partnering with the PM team on status reports, budget spreadsheets, timelines, etc.
- Support submissions via online portals/platforms for MRL review
- Excited about the creative process
- Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Chicago employees must be willing to work in the office a minimum of two days per week.
