Position Summary:
Pivot Marketing is a full-service Digital Marketing agency specializing in Higher Education. We go beyond digital marketing to actively support our clients' enrollment and retention goals. As an Enrollment Support Specialist, you’ll serve as an essential extension of our clients’ admissions teams, guiding prospective and current students through each step of the enrollment process. In this role, you’ll ensure students receive seamless, personalized support with applications, financial aid, deadlines, and program options—helping them achieve their educational aspirations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from prospective and current students regarding the enrollment process, program options, application procedures, and financial aid.
- Support various universities admissions and advising offices from undergraduate students through to advanced doctoral degree candidates
- Manage outbound call coverage to reach approximately 50-60 daily calls, providing proactive assistance to prospective students.
- Facilitate live chat support, offering timely responses to student questions and concerns.
- Support messaging and call scripts to ensure consistent, accurate, and empathetic communication.
- Guide and advise students in their decision-making process by providing insights on program suitability, application completion, and financial planning.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track student interactions, follow-ups, and application statuses.
- Assist with application submissions, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately and promptly submitted.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a customer service or student support role, ideally within higher education or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and experience managing records.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in handling email, chat, and phone inquiries, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Knowledge of higher education processes, admissions, and student advising preferred.
