Job Title: Remote Admin Sales Support
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Sales Support professional to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and skilled in various administrative tasks, with a strong ability to support ongoing projects the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and sales team.
- Handle requests and queries in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Prepare and distribute communications, memos, emails, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- Book meeting rooms and coordinate virtual meetings.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graphic Design: Proficient in Canva for light graphic design work (samples of Canva projects required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive.
- Experience with project management tools, particularly Asana.
- Strong grammar and punctuation skills, with the ability to draft professional communications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or providing administrative support to sales teams.
- Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools like Zoom, or Slack.
- Strong attendance record and commitment to consistency in a remote environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative, project support, or sales team support roles.
- Intermediate to advance proficiency with spreadsheets.
- Ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment and communicate effectively with a remote team.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
