Job Responsibilities:
The Industrial Athletic Trainer will manage the implementation of worksite injury prevention and health improvement programs, promoting employee health and safety.
Main Tasks:
- Conduct thorough wellness assessments and ergonomic risk analyses
- Develop and implement site-specific wellness initiatives and programs
- Provide first-aid treatment and management for musculoskeletal complaints
- Evaluate and prevent orthopedic injuries
- Coordinate treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercise and modalities as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Board of Certification (BOC) certification
- State licensure/certification
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and employees
