As a key member of the Pivot OnSite Innovations team, the Industrial Athletic Trainer will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive injury management and health improvement programs for employees. The Industrial Athletic Trainer will be responsible for performing comprehensive wellness assessments, developing site-specific wellness initiatives, and providing first-aid treatment and management for musculoskeletal complaints. Additionally, this role will involve data analysis, administrative tasks, and communication with safety personnel regarding rehab and injury prevention activities.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, Board of Certification (BOC) certification, and state licensure/certification. A minimum of two years of athletic training experience is preferred, along with knowledge of OSHA Recordability and worker's compensation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and previous ergonomic/occupational health experience are also desirable.
