Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing site-specific wellness initiatives and programs
- Providing first-aid treatment and management for musculoskeletal complaints
- Coordinating and implementing treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercise and modalities
- Data analysis and administrative tasks, including collection of data, completion of forms, documenting patient files, and generating reports for return on investment and budgets
This position requires a strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field, Board of Certification (BOC) certification, state licensure/certification, and current First Aid/CPR/AED certification are essential requirements.
