Injury Prevention Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Provide urgent and episodic care to employees, including conducting physical examinations and performing minor procedures
• Manage workplace injuries, including assessing, diagnosing, treating, and providing ongoing medical management
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT programs, including hearing conservation, blood-borne pathogen training, and random drug screening
• Maintain accurate records, including employee incident reports and case logs
• Communicate effectively with employees, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and reduce the risk of injury and illness
