Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have a valid state LPN license and 3 years of nursing experience. Occupational health experience is preferred, but not required. You should be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, have strong administrative and management skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A strong understanding of workers' compensation case management and regulations, as well as working knowledge of HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA regulations, is essential. Familiarity with manufacturing practices and proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, are also necessary.
