Pivot OnSite Innovations seeks an experienced and passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our on-site healthcare clinic. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on employee health, wellness, and safety.
The LPN coordinates healthcare services for employees, overseeing evaluation and case management of workplace injuries. They relay critical information to employees and key stakeholders regarding workplace safety and injury prevention, ensuring compliance with health-related OSHA mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Duties: Administer medication as prescribed, take vital signs, provide basic wound care, and manage IVs.
- Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, maintain medical records, write prescriptions, and manage Occupational Health Services Program.
- Training and Education: Educate employees on health-related matters and prepare the clinic for physician interactions.
- Compliance and Reporting: Maintain charts, employee records, and OSHA logs, while assuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid state LPN license required.
- 3 years of nursing experience.
- 2 years of occupational health experience preferred.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation case management and regulations.
