About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a 7am start time. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical care and support to employees, as well as ensuring compliance with medical surveillance programs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating health care services for employees at our on-site clinic
- Overseeing evaluation and case management of workplace injuries
- Ensuring compliance with medical surveillance programs
- Providing medical care and support to employees
- Developing and implementing health and wellness programs
- Performing ergonomic assessments
Requirements:
- Must have a valid state LPN license
- 3 years of nursing experience (Required)
- 2 years of occupational health experience (Preferred)
- Ability to communicate with all levels across the organization effectively
- Strong administrative and management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
- Experienced in developing health/wellness programs and performing ergonomic assessment
- Strong knowledge of workers compensation case management and regulations
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA regulations
- Familiarity with manufacturing and production facility practices
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
