Job Description
This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of a worksite injury management and health improvement program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in athletic training, ergonomics, and health education.
Main Objectives:
- Reduce work-related injuries and illnesses
- Improve employee health and well-being
- Enhance productivity and job satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ergonomic risk assessments and develop corrective action plans
- Create and implement site-specific wellness programs
- Collaborate with clients and employees to design and implement ergonomic interventions
- Provide training and education on workplace safety and health topics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- BOC certification and state licensure/certification
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
