Pivot Parking LLC is seeking a skilled Parking Ambassador to enhance the customer experience at our parking locations. As a Parking Ambassador, you will contribute significantly to the appearance and functionality of our parking facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with parking information
- Direct and guide individuals to available parking spaces
- Assist with traffic control during peak hours or special events
Key Performance Indicators:
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience of individuals utilizing the facilities
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to parking, offering helpful and accurate information
Working Conditions:
- Monitor and manage the flow of traffic within the parking facilities
- Coordinate with security and traffic personnel to ensure the smooth entry and exit of vehicles
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a parking garage or similar environment
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform tasks that may require physical effort
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies
