The program/task Manager will oversee program operations, ensure adherence to project objectives, and foster collaboration between government stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams. This position requires an individual with a strong background in program management, and federal government contracting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead program execution to meet or exceed project goals and deliverables in alignment with DHA objectives. Ensure programs are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between DHA leadership and the program team. Facilitate regular communication, status updates, and program reviews with key stakeholders
- Team Management: Manage a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals, analysts, and technical staff. Ensure team performance aligns with project requirements and client expectations
- 5-10 years as an active Task Manager leading/managing a team of 25 FTEs and complexity
- Responsible for/provide assistance with hiring/interviewing candidates with appropriate skills, upkeep of skillset for supporting legacy products, modernization efforts, and other tasks to meet the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Strategic goals
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail
