Program/Task Manager - DHA

Based in the Washington, D.C. We bring passion, sincerity and integrity to every product and service we provide to our customers.Pivot Path Solutions is currently seekinga highly skilled and motivated Program/Task Manager to lead and manage critical programs supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA). The program/task Manager will oversee program operations, ensure adherence to project objectives, and foster collaboration between government stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams. This position requires an individual with a strong background in program management, and federal government contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Lead program execution to meet or exceed project goals and deliverables in alignment with DHA objectives. Ensure programs are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between DHA leadership and the program team. Facilitate regular communication, status updates, and program reviews with key stakeholders
• Team Management: Manage a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals, analysts, and technical staff. Ensure team performance aligns with project requirements and client expectations
  
  

Minimum Requirement:

• 5-10 years as an active Task Manager leading/managing a team of 25 FTEs and complexity
• Responsible for/provide assistance with hiring/interviewing candidates with appropriate skills, upkeep of skillset for supporting legacy products, modernization efforts, and other tasks to meet the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Strategic goals
• Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail
