Position Overview :
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in industrial manufacturing and project execution ? Our Beasley, TX facility is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple projects, ensure budgetary alignment , and drive excellence in project planning and execution .
Responsibilities :
- Define and document the full project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes in coordination with the PMO Office .
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders , managing escalations and expectations.
- Ensure budget adherence and proper allocation based on project scope.
- Work closely with executive leadership to align project planning and execution with business objectives.
- Manage team hiring, training, and coaching , ensuring the right talent is in place.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PMO team and ensure quality standards are met.
- Lead resource planning, allocation, and optimization for project success.
- Evaluate project performance , leveraging analytics and dashboards to drive insights.
