This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled trades professionals, including machinists, welders, electricians, and mechanics, for manufacturing companies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively source and recruit skilled trades professionals (e.g., electricians, welders, machinists, plumbers, and more) through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for client needs.
- Manage high-volume recruiting efforts to meet client demands in construction, manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent access to qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific workforce requirements and ensure effective candidate placements.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment metrics to leadership.
