What You Will Be Doing :
High-Volume Recruiting : Manage the full recruitment life cycle for various construction roles, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Sourcing & Screening : Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates and conduct thorough screenings to match candidates with the right opportunities.
Collaborating with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and identify candidates who meet their requirements.
Talent Pipeline Development : Maintain an active pipeline of skilled and general labor talent to meet current and future staffing needs.
Leveraging Technology : Utilize recruiting platforms, job boards, and social media to maximize reach and connect with top construction talent.
Ideal Candidate :
Experienced Recruiter : 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably within the construction industry.
Construction Knowledge : A solid understanding of the various roles within the construction industry, including skilled trades and general labor positions.
Strong Communicator : Excellent communication skills to engage with both candidates and hiring managers.
Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific job boards.
