Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Vape tobacco experience is a must
- Customer Service and Client Relations skills
- Order Processing and Account Management experience
- Strong Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Inventory
- Management Software
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
- Experience in the wholesale or retail industry is a plus
