What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asset Inventory Coordinator 2 position at PIVOT?
In Addition, You Will
- Maintain AIMs system to include moves, adds, and deletes.
- Perform regular audits, and cycle counting functions to maintain database information accuracy.
- Create required reports at prescribed designated time frames.
- Audit inventory and track metrics in the areas of cost, quality, and timeliness.
- Facilitate communication meetings concerning re-order, reduction, repair, and sale of customer inventory.
- Facilitate and track the movement of inventory in and out of the warehouse.
- Communicate solutions to requests for inventory in a timely manner.
- Facilitate interaction with the AIM team to meet client requirements.
- Develop a clear understanding of specification tool usage.
- Notify the Warehouse Supervisor of space needs to accommodate increases or decreases in customer inventory.
- Coordinate and manages the disposition of all returned products to the warehouse.
- Manage the Demo Chair Program - maintain inventory in the AIM program, and schedule delivery/pick up of chairs with clients.
- Perform other duties, as assigned by senior warehouse personnel and senior management, as required.
We’re Excited About You If You Have
- A high school diploma or GED plus bachelor’s degree and up to 2-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience and/or training with contract office furniture systems.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
- Experience following instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Operations database experience and previous working experience with Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel are preferred.
