The Client Account Agent will be able to represent our leading telecommunication clients with unique solutions and sales strategies to increase their customer base. The Client Account Agent will meet and exceed sales targets while building lasting relationships with customers. In this role, you will discover the importance of personal interactions and the impact they have on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the Client Account Agent:
- Understand our clients products and services to explain their benefits clearly and answer any customer questions
- Assist customers with their product and service order being their primary point of contact from the start of the sale until the end ensuring they have a seamless experience and delivery has been completed
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests to Identify new business opportunities
- Ability to work service existing customers by offering promotion and upgrades to products and services they already have
- Generate daily sales reports to stay up to date on new client trends
Qualifications for the Client Account Agent Role:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in telecommunications but not required
- Ability to effectively communicate product knowledge and services to customers
- Willingness to learn and grow your professional skills to enhance the customer experience with our clients
- Problem-solving abilities
- Outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
- Excellent communication skills
This is an entry-level position, and regardless of your experience in account management, sales or telecommunications, we will provide training to help you excel in delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
