To keep up with client demand, we are looking for an outgoing go-getter to join our sales team as a full time Crew Member.
Position Summary: As a Crew Member on our sales and outreach team, you will be responsible for engaging directly with potential customers, driving sales, and ensuring the enrollment process is completed in a timely manner. Your role will involve direct communication with potential customers with the goal of enrolling them in our clients services.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

- Able to work out of our office in Santa Maria
- Comfortable traveling locally
- Comfortable working directly with customers and team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
