Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all staff are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
· Ensure that the facility is compliant with all state and federal regulations, including health and safety codes, fire codes, and licensing requirements.
· Interface with the licensing agency and submit required reports in a timely manner.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, including caregivers, cooks, and housekeeping staff.
- Provide direct care to residents as needed, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and other healthcare needs.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
· Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents, including emergency plans and infection control procedures.
· Maintain accurate records of resident care, staff performance, and facility finances.
- Ensure that the facility is clean, comfortable, and welcoming to residents and visitors.
- Conduct tours with prospective residents and their families.
- Facilitate discussions with prospective residents and their families regarding placement, pre-admission assessments, requirements, and answer any queries they may have.
- Manage the admission process of signing and explaining admission policies and procedures to residents and family to ensure satisfaction.
- Understand and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
- Proficiency in patient care and assessment
- Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations
- Basic life support certification
- Familiarity with long-term care and assisted living environments
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and in diverse healthcare settings
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $32.26 - $33.94 per hour
