Pivotal Behavior ABA is looking for fulltime BT positions 9-6 to work in our Hampton Center and surrounding communities.

Job Summary: $18.00. $20-25 -Once certified

We are seeking dedicated individuals interested in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians who will play a crucial role in implementing personalized therapy sessions that integrate cutting-edge methodologies, including Naturalistic Teaching and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT). Paid training provided.

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or higher, some college experiences preferred

- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or similar disabilities preferred

- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

- Compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to behavior management

- Proven ability to adapt to various environments and work with diverse clientele

- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

- Implement individualized treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

- Conduct one-on-one or group therapy sessions with clients in clinic, school, and community environments

- Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment modifications

- Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust interventions based on ongoing assessments

- Support clients in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and adaptive behaviors

- Engage in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and share insights

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions

- Foster a positive and encouraging environment that promotes client growth

- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in ABA and related fields
