Job Title: Superintendent
Salary Range: $105,000–$125,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day onsite construction activities for tenant improvement projects.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets contract specifications, client expectations, and building codes.
- Manage and track materials, equipment, and labor to optimize site productivity.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and provide project updates.
- Oversee job site documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, change orders, and punch lists.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, fostering a safe work environment for all team members and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address challenges and drive solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of construction experience, with a strong focus on tenant improvement projects.
- Previous GC experience.
- Proven track record of managing multiple TI projects from start to finish.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools).
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
Benefits & Compensation Package:
Salary: $105-125k based on experience
Bonus:
- You are bonus-eligible up to 12.5% of annual Base Salary based on performance. Additional bonus / profit share based on jobs awarded to PIVOTAL Construction, as well as profitability of the jobs and the company. The bonus is calculated, and distributions are issued semi-annually based on earnings to date and profitability of jobs sourced. (6/30 and 12/31).
Vacation Stipend:
- $2,500 annual vacation bonus paid after the completion of a qualified vacation with the submission of receipts. You must be employed for 6 months prior to receiving this benefit.
401K Employee Deferral & 3% Employer Safe Harbor:
- Upon hire you are eligible to enroll and contribute to 401K and receive 3% Employer Safe Harbor contribution. The benefit is subject to the Company Plan and IRS guidelines.
Health Benefits:
- 100% employer-paid premium for medical, dental, vison, and group life insurance. This insurance is effective upon the first day of the month after your start date.
- Option to add family to health plan at employee’s cost.
Group Life Insurance/AD&D:
- 2x’s Annual Earnings up to $450,000.
- Guarantee Issue $300,000; Employer Paid
Voluntary Life Insurance/AD&D:
- Additional coverage available at employee cost.
- Employee Maximum Benefit $500,000 to 5x’s Annual Earnings, Guarantee Issue $100,000; Spouse / Children coverage available; Employee Paid.
Group Long Term Disability:
- Benefit Amount 60% of Salary/Bonus; non-taxable; $6,500 monthly maximum benefit; Employer Paid
Individual Disability Insurance:
- Employee’s earning $130,000 ; Benefit Amount 60% Salary/Bonus less LTD Benefit; $5,500 monthly additional maximum benefit; Employer Paid
Vacation / Sick Leave
- Three weeks (120 hours) per employment year accrued semi-monthly from the first day worked.
