The impact you will have :

As a Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant at Pivotal, you will play an essential role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business objectives, assess their current IT infrastructure, and recommend tailored solutions to drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation within their organization.

What you will do :

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 solutions, including but not limited to Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Power Platform.
• Lead governance planning and technical and functional roadmaps and strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to consultants and project teams in support of engagement delivery.
• Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, including configuration, migration, and integration with existing systems.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current IT environments to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Leverage personal and collective team subject matter expertise to drive best practice-based solutions .
• Design customized Microsoft 365 solutions that align with clients' business goals and IT requirements.
• Assist sales by providing technical depth on specific technologies during pre-sales engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on maximizing the value of their Microsoft 365 investment.
• Document systems and processes; develop user documentation as needed.
• Will perform other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position in Washington is $100,000-$130,000 / yr. W2 plus full benefits; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
